planned by food service manager. Direct and help with the proper food
storage of all foods immediately after the meal service. Plan & direct
the food preparation assistants so that meals are served on time and with
the best sanitary standards. |
| Assistant Director |
Assume responsiblity for coordination of all
camp activities and report to management. Assist with hiring staff and
supervision of staff responsibilities. |
| Snack Shop Mgr./Office Asst. |
Maintain accurate, daily records of campers'
store accounts and make timely & efficient orders with vendors. |
